Extensive experience in yard/refit period project management, collaboration, and delivery experience and success.
Shane splits his time as a Captain and a Insurance Agent with decades of experience as a boat owner, captain and Industry expert bringing his knowledge to the Xpert Marine Industry to our team.
In Shane’s spare time, he enjoys motorbikes and likes to rebuild and ride them. He also has an interest in hot rods and cars, and enjoys going to car shows. Shooting and archery are also hobbies, taking photos and enhancing photography skills, sharing snapshots from his travels with family and friends. And, believe it or not, when he is not on the water working he is on the water for fun and enjoying the boating life.
