Nicole Faller
Nicole Faller: At an early age, Nicole learned the value of customer service and hard work while waitressing at her family’s restaurant in Central Illinois. In 1999, Nicole co-founded Super Car Center, an automobile detailing service that grew to provide detailing services to over 125 automobiles monthly. This business provided her the financial means and “real world” experience to obtain a B.S. in Business Management.
In 2001, Nicole was introduced to the Lake of the Ozarks powerboating community, which was a natural fit for her passion for “all things fast”. From that point on, her love for performance boating continued to grow. Over the last 20 years, Nicole and her husband have owned performance boats that range from +100mph high performance v-bottoms to multi-engine center consoles. The Faller’s are not only regulars on the waters of LOTO, but they are typically seen at the Offshore Races and Poker Runs across the country.
As a third-generation insurance producer, Nicole’s service-focused work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for boating is a natural fit when leading the Xpert Marine Insurance Division at Heartland Metro. Nicole takes great pride in staying up to date with the latest marine industry trends and changes within the boating community. She applies that same knowledge to Xpert Marine Insurance, which allows her to continually cater insurance services to best fit the needs and risks of her clients.
